TATIS attends 2010 WCO IT Conference
Representatives from TATIS attended the recent 2010 WCO IT connference and exhibition in Dublin, Ireland. The TATIScms product was featured on the exhibition stands of Accenture and Oracle as well as at the breakout session presentations of both organisations. The TATIScms product was also demonstrated live to representatives of a number of countries during sessions arranged by Accenture.
Luxembourg - EMCS live
TATIS has successfully implemented integration between the TATIScms solution in Luxembourg and the EU EMCS (Excise Movement and Control System) on 1 April 2010 (as required by the European Commission). This is a system that replaces the paper documentation that had to accompany the movement of excise goods within the EU in the past.
South African Revenue Services
South African Revenue Services (SARS) has selected TATIScms to form the core of its development programme for its customs administration modernisation programme.
New corporate image
Tatis has renewed its corporate image. This was unveiled at the WCO IT Conference and Exhibition in Marrakesh, Morocco (22-24 April 2009).
